Policia e Kosovës arreston tre pesona të dyshuar për keqpërdorim të kartelave bankarePrishtinë, 01 gusht 2025Policia e Kosovës, respektivisht Drejtoria e Hetimit të Krimeve Kibernetike, pas veprimeve hetimore në bashkërendim me prokurorinë e shtetit si dhe me urdhër të gjykatës, ka realizuar një operacion policor nën dyshimet për përfshirje të disa personave të dyshuar në kryerje të veprave penale si ‘Lëshim i çeqeve pa mbulesë ose të rreme dhe keqpërdorim i kartelave të bankës apo të kreditit’, ‘Vjedhje e identitetit dhe kredencialeve’ dhe ‘Hyrja e paautorizuar kompjuterike’.Operacioni policor është realizuar me datën 31.07.2025 në rajonin e Prishtinës, ku fillimisht janë arrestuar dy persona të dyshuar meshkuj kosovarë, të cilët dyshohet se në bashkëveprim kanë përdorur kartela të bardha bankare (bllanko), si dhe kanë shpërndarë video përmes rrjeteve të ndryshme sociale duke tërhequr para në bankomate të ndryshme, si dhe kanë përdorur disa faqe në rrjete sociale për të promovuar këto lloj kartelash.Lidhur me rastin gjatë kontrollit janë gjetur pajisje kompjuterike si dëshmi në vendin e ngjarjes ku në cilësi të provave materiale janë sekuestruar:Dy (2) kompjuterë;Një (1) llaptop;Dy (2) telefona mobil;Tri (3) USB;Një (1) HDD;Të dyshuarit me qëllim të përfitimit të kundërligjshëm të dobisë pasurore për vete apo për personin tjetër, dyshohet se kanë keqpërdorur kartela bankare të personave të ndryshëm, kësisoj me vendim të prokurorit, dy të arrestuarit janë ndaluar për 48 orë.Si rezultat i angazhimeve dhe hetimeve intensive të njësive përkatëse policore të cilat kanë vazhduar, me datë 01.08.2025 është ndaluar edhe i dyshuari i tretë mashkull kosovar i cili dyshohet se ka qenë pjesë e grupit të personave të lartcekur, i cili po ashtu me vendim të prokurorit është dërguar në mbajtje.Policia e Kosovës mbetet e përkushtuar në luftimin e veprimtarive kriminale dhe sjelljen para organeve të drejtësisë së personave të dyshuar, dhe njëkohësisht fton qytetarët që të kenë kujdes të shtuar në mbrojtjen e të dhënave personale e bankare, dhe të mos bien pre e mashtrimve/vjedhjeve të mundshme.—Kosovo Police arrests three persons suspected of bank cards misuseThe Kosovo Police, respectively the Cybercrime Investigation Directorate, after investigative actions in coordination with the state prosecution and by court order, has conducted a police operation under suspicion of involvement of several persons suspected of committing criminal offenses such as ‘Issuing of blank or false checks and misuse of bank or credit cards’, ‘Theft of identity and credentials’ and ‘Unauthorized computer access’.The police operation was conducted on 31.07.2025, in the Pristina region, where initially two Kosovar male suspects were arrested, who are suspected of having used white bank cards (blank) in their interactions, as well as having distributed videos through various social networks withdrawing money from various ATMs, as well as having used several pages on social networks to promote these types of cards.Regarding the case, during the search, computer equipment was found as evidence at the scene of the incident, where the following material evidence was seized:• Two (2) computers;• One (1) laptop;• Two (2) mobile phones;• Three (3) USB;• One (1) HDD;The suspects, with the aim of illegally obtain material benefit for themselves or for another person, are suspected of having misused bank cards of various persons, thus by decision of the prosecutor, the two arrested persons have been detained for 48 hours.Because of the ongoing efforts and intensive investigations of the relevant police units, on 01.08.2025, the third Kosovar male suspect, who is suspected of having been part of the group of persons mentioned above, was detained, who was also taken into detention by decision of the prosecutor.The Kosovo Police remains committed to combating criminal activities and bringing suspected persons to justice and at the same time invites citizens to pay additional attention in protecting personal and banking data, and not to fall prey to possible frauds/thefts.
